Privacy and contact

When you request an appointment or admission support, MADEX receives the contact and education details you enter. When you apply as a counsellor, MADEX receives your profile and contact information.

We use these details to respond to your request, plan counselling, or review a counsellor application. Approved counsellor profiles may show their name, experience, subjects, states, languages and introduction in the directory. Student enquiries are visible to the MADEX team.

Please do not enter passwords, OTPs, identity documents or payment information in these forms. Official counselling registration is completed on the authority’s own portal.
